Charles Freet has over 30 years of coaching experience at the varsity, junior high and elementary levels. As a junior high coach, he learned the importance of teaching fundamentals skills to enable his players to become successful high school players. In his twenty years as a varsity coach, he has won over 350 games by emphasizing the fundamental skills shown in these videos. When his daughter and son were 4 years old, Coach Freet found fun and challenging drills to help them and their teams develop skills to help them become successful high school basketball players.
